2011 - Celebrating 102 years of Service

This year marks LVFD’s 102nd Anniversary of protecting and serving the citizens, businesses and visitors of Laurel and surrounding communities. This year also marked the 61st year that the LVFD has been creating Laurel’s 4th of July Fireworks Show; which is arguably the “Best Fourth of July Fireworks Show in Montana".

The annual fireworks show is produced and funded through the efforts of the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department Association firefighters and retirees. 100% of the funding for the fireworks show is done through private donations and raffle ticket sales. None of the funding comes from city, state or federal sources.

The Laurel Volunteer Fire Department promises this year’s fireworks show, will be better than ever! Come spend the 4th in Laurel and enjoy the show and please consider giving a donation! Buy a raffle ticket, or on the way in throw a $20 in a Fireman’s boot as your way of saying thanks.
